POLICY
If
you find that you need to return an item, please follow the instructions
on the form that were included in your shipment. Please note all requests
for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please
send the package back postage paid and insure the package, as we cannot
be responsible for lost shipments.

of our products. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase,
return it within 30 days and we will refund, replace or exchange it for
you. For refunds, please allow 30 days to have credit appear on your credit
card. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and the customer
is responsible for return shipping charges on all returns or exchanges
not due to defect.
